When good family meets good trucking
Simba Trucking, LLC was founded on February 24, 2008, by two men who had first joined the trucking industry as drivers. After a few years of being on the road, they realized they were unhappy with the amount of time they had to spend away from their families; so with the help of their wives, they formed a family-focused company whose goal was to provide truckers who wanted to be home every week a chance to see that dream come true.
Starting with only two trucks and a dream for success, Masaku and Waita were the only truck drivers for the company, hauling milk. Before long, however, the number of drivers rose, allowing Masaku and Waita to stay at headquarters. By working with owner-operators and hired drivers located in various states around the country, Simba Trucking’s capacities grew to include service to all 48 contiguous states.
As the company grew even further, it gave birth to another company – Ebenezer Truck and Trailer LLC. This branch of the company acquired assets that it was able to lease, which led to the purchase of a warehouse facility.
Finally, in 2018, Simba Trucking and Ebenezer merged to form Simba Shippers LLC, which now offers warehouse and transportation services.
With a focus on family, ethics, and Christian morals, we at Simba Shippers LLC strive to be nothing less than the best, with an eye toward becoming a global leader in the freight industry.
A Heart for Service
There is no greater satisfaction in life than the privilege of serving others. When we are able to bring a smile to someone’s face, that brings us great joy. Having drivers who have been with us for more than a decade lets us know we must be doing something right. We have developed a family culture and we do what we do to meet the needs not only of our drivers, but of their families. We know that when our employees are happy, they will treat our customers as their own, and in this way, we can to extend outstanding service to our customers through our employees.
We’re sensitive to the needs in our communities, and take great joy in being able to do something about them: financially, spiritually, or even physically. We’re elated when our customers let us know they are happy with our pricing because we know what a burden it can be when everything is so expensive! We love hearing the relief in our customers’ voices when we provide our quote.

As a business, we have had the privilege of being able to contribute to marriage enrichment by sponsoring couples to attend marriage retreats. We also contribute to bless the children with special needs at the Little Light House, and globally we support children in Uganda through Petra Kids Ministry.

Our Leadership
Our founders
Our President and Vice President both have a degree in aviation maintenance. They both graduated in 2004 just when the airline industry was experiencing turbulence. As they waited for the industry to pick back up, they decided to start a mechanic shop where they repaired a few cars but with their young families, the income was not quite enough. While seeking counsel to know what to do, one of their advisers suggested they try truck driving. None of them had any idea about the industry but they decided to try it. They enrolled in the truck driving school and with that, they started to learn about the industry from the foundation. They spent time on the road and saw first hand the challenges the driver experience every day. That’s when they developed the desire to make a difference with the help of their wives, they started Simba Trucking LLC.
Juddy Kanyeki
Juddy Kanyeki is the Financial Manager at Simba Trucking LLC and its affiliates. She has faithfully served the companies for more than a decade and has overseen the financial planning that has resulted in growth in revenues and asset acquisition. Juddy holds a master’s degree in Finance from Oral Roberts University.
Grace Masaku
Grace Masaku is the Operations Manager. She is one of the Co-Founders and has also been with the companies for more than a decade. She oversees all the operations of the companies and has been in charge of safety. She holds a Master of Arts degree.
